Kim Kardashian was spotted with shoes from a collaboration from Iris van Herpen with United Nude (remember the launch party in Amsterdam I went to a while ago). These limited editions are so hot! apparently Kim thinks so as well. Go Dutch design!

Yesterday after I was interviewed about my blog & style by the fashion director of web platform Fashiolista ♥ (I’ll keep you guys posted on when it’s being published) I kept strolling around in the 9 streets (an area with fabulous little shops in the centre of Amsterdam). I wasn’t even looking for anything in particular but I noticed a (vintage looking) shop that I never saw before; The Darling. The window display instantly caught my eye; little cupcakes spinning around on an old pink vinyl player and a lot of bright colored fashion items. It was instant attraction! I walked into the shop and had a chat with the owner; she was the sweetest pretty blond curly head. I asked her if the stuff is vintage but she told me everything is brand new with an exception from a single vintage item from now and then. This is definitely a good address to shop for little fringe dresses, original bags and very cute jewelry. Oh and she actually sells real delicious cupcakes, how cute is that?!
Nadat ik gisteren geïnterviewd was over mijn blog & mijn stijl door de fashion director van mode platform Fashiolista ♥ (ik zal jullie op de hoogte houden over de publicatie) besloot ik om nog wat rond te struinen in de 9 straatjes in Amsterdam. Ik was niet op zoek naar iets in het bijzonder maar plotseling stuitte ik tegen een (vintage ogend) winkeltje aan die ik nog nooit opgemerkt had genaamd The Darling. De etalage viel mij meteen op door de kleine cupcakes die rond spinden op een oude roze platenspeler en felgekleurde fashion items. Het trok mij meteen aan! Ik liep het winkeltje in en maakte een praatje met de eigenaresse. Wat een lieve blonde krullenbol. Ik vroeg haar of de spullen vintage zijn maar ze vertelde mij dat alles gloednieuw is met af en toe een uitzondering als ze en speciaal vintage item aanbied. Dit is zeker een uitstekend adres om te shoppen voor een fladderig jurkje, een originele tas of super schattige sieraden. Oh en ze verkoopt ook heerlijke cupcakes, hoe leuk?!
